Email Domain Doctor ("the Service") is a stateless DNS diagnostic utility designed to inspect public email DNS authentication configurations (MX, SPF, DMARC, and optional DKIM records).

1. Public DNS Data Only

The Service queries only publicly available DNS records published on public nameservers for the domain name submitted by the user. DNS records are inherently public information on the internet.

2. Stateless Operation & No Data Persistence

• No Accounts: The Service does not require or offer user registration, accounts, or logins.
• No Mailbox Access: The Service never accesses email inboxes, message bodies, email headers, or user credentials.
• No Database: Queries are processed ephemerally in RAM to construct diagnostic findings and are immediately discarded. We do not maintain any database of queried domains, users, or diagnostic reports.

3. Technical Server Logs

For operational stability, performance monitoring, and error diagnostics, the server generates minimal technical log entries containing:

• Timestamp
• Tool name (check_email_domain)
• Normalized domain name queried
• Overall status and component check statuses (pass / warning / error)
• Execution duration in milliseconds
• Error category (e.g., DOMAIN_NOT_FOUND, INVALID_DOMAIN)

These logs are stored temporarily within standard hosting platform infrastructure (Railway) and are never shared, sold, or used for commercial profiling.
